Who Qualifies To Get A Bursary Or University Student Loan From NSFAS?
The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) has officially opened the 2025 application system.
Applications are actually open and will close on fifteen December 2024.
*** Who qualifies for NSFAS funding
To qualify for NSFAS funding, an applicant must satisfy the subsequent criteria:

The NSFAS Loan Scheme for the missing middle is open to all South African citizens and permanent residents from households with combined R350 000 and more info R600 000 for each annum.

NSFAS only funds people who are studying or intend to study at a public university or TVET college in South Africa.
All students who wish to study in any of the public universities and TVET colleges should apply timeously and not to wait until the last day.
